Shipping policy

At Gifted By Farah, we offer delivery across Lebanon through our delivery partners.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver across Lebanon. Delivery availability and fees may vary depending on the delivery location.

Delivery Time

Orders are typically delivered within [1–5 business days] after order confirmation.

For personalized, customized, or specially prepared orders, additional preparation time may apply. The estimated delivery time will be communicated when the order is confirmed.

For flowers, balloons, cakes, and other event or time-sensitive orders, the delivery date and time will be arranged in advance.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are calculated according to the delivery location and are added to the order total. The applicable delivery fee will be confirmed before the order is finalized.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible orders. The full order amount, including applicable delivery fees, must be paid to the delivery representative upon receipt.

Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and a reachable phone number.

If the recipient is unavailable, the address is incorrect, or the delivery cannot be completed for reasons outside Gifted By Farah's control, an additional delivery fee may apply for a second delivery attempt.

For perishable or time-sensitive orders, we cannot guarantee rescheduling or replacement if delivery cannot be completed due to the recipient's unavailability.

Delays

While we do our best to deliver within the agreed timeframe, delivery times may be affected by traffic, weather conditions, road closures, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
