At Gifted By Farah, all orders are carefully prepared and checked before delivery. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
To report an issue, please provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or videos showing the issue
- A description of the problem
Our team will review the case and, if the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility, we may offer a replacement or another appropriate resolution.
Claims made after 24 hours of receiving the order may not be accepted.
Personalized & Perishable Items
Personalized, customized, handmade, food, floral, balloon, and other perishable items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect and the issue is reported within the 24-hour period stated above.
Order Cancellation
Once an order has been confirmed and preparation has started, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
